Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel or modify the order. Please contact us via the contact form.

Pre-orders are over, can I still buy it?

During the pre-order, you are guaranteed to receive an item in the size you purchase. Once pre-orders close, we order a few extras in limited quantities of each size. Once those are gone, it will no longer be available.

When will my order ship?

We are estimating orders will ship out between Mid December 2024 to early January 2025.

The above timelines are estimates. Production or shipping delays may incur outside of our control, but we'll keep everyone informed if that happens.

Domestic shipping within the United States will take approx. 5-10 business days. International shipping can take up to 2-6 weeks, depending on customs clearance. Customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes; we have no control over these fees.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we receive receive the finished goods from our factory, we'll process all orders within 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Shipments within the United States should arrive between 5-10 business days.

International shipments can take 2-6 weeks to arrive, depending on customs.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returns must be pre-approved. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused, and the customer will need to arrange collection of the package.

To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form with your order number.

All items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Please take care when trying garments on. Any items that appear worn, washed, altered, have make-up stains, perfume, or any other damage will not be accepted.

The shipping cost to return any items is payable by the customer. We recommend having a traceable form of postage as we will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return.

Any import duties or taxes paid are nonrefundable, as they were not collected by us.

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size, please return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Please see calculated shipping rates at checkout to ensure we ship to your address.
